Preface to Internet edition
The "print" edition was meant as a workbook. You'd photocopy the holiday you needed -- when you needed it. Then mark it up to suit your style. With the Internet, it's even more convenient. You just have to print the holiday you need.
Before you use the book, you probably still want to skim through it and read the introduction -- to get a feel for my style.
